logical basis
for my first post, it's in the interest of my own sanity to lay the groundwork for this thing and explain that i've undertaken blogging because mainly because everyone else seems to be doing it. this is despite my belief that blogs are totally self-indulgent and that many good things are being lost with them -- for example, the joy of seeing someone you haven't seen for a long time, and the attention span necessary to sit through really boring opera (actually enjoying it became impossible with the advent of television). but i suppose it just goes to show that my lemming-like propensity is stronger than any deeply held principles about technology or human nature or just what's right and wrong. yes, i am MORALLY DEPRAVED. and with that, i begin.
hopefully this won't get boring too fast.

there's nothing wrong with being morally depraved. in fact, i think it's one of the delusions, as that of having to have big breasts to look sexy, that society has impinged on us.
with that, i begin my comments.
